How the handover works

STRATA is a delivery-based rental service at Los Angeles International Airport — there is no counter to queue at. Once your booking is confirmed we contact you with your driver's details, then meet you curbside at the arrivals level of your terminal with the car cleaned, fuelled and ready. Handover takes a few minutes: licence check, a quick walkaround, keys.

Which terminal do we meet you at?

Any of them. Send us your flight number when you book and we track the arrival, so a delay or a gate change does not cost you the pickup. Domestic arrivals at Terminals 1–8 and international arrivals at the Tom Bradley International Terminal are all covered, and if the curb is congested we redirect you to the nearest LAX passenger pickup zone by phone.

Late-night and early-morning flights

Our team is on call 24/7, so red-eye arrivals and pre-dawn departures are handled the same way as midday ones. Returns work in reverse — drop the car with us at the departures level, or arrange a custom drop-off anywhere in Los Angeles.

What to have ready

• A valid driver's licence (international licences accepted).
• The card used for the booking, for the security hold.
• Your flight number and arrival terminal.
